Miracle Point Apartments offers thoughtfully designed, single-story homes created to serve Tucson’s chronically homeless—with a priority for veterans—at an affordable rate. This community features 40 residences, including 34 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units, all tailored for households earning up to 30% of the area median income.
Each apartment highlights Housing First Model design elements and access to supportive services, ensuring a comfortable and secure home environment. Residents enjoy private front and back patios. Inside, you’ll find vinyl flooring throughout (with carpeted bedrooms), large closets with built-in shelving, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, quality appliances, and window coverings.
All utilities are included in your rent. An initial twelve-month lease agreement is required.
