Requirements:

Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Assistant Property Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations. You’ll work with the Property Manager to assist residents, coordinate leasing activities, and keep administrative tasks organized.
